Booking a room thru a 3rd party

  • use only reputable sources like Trivago, Booking.com, Expedia, hotels.com, trip advisor.
  • We may not accept bookings thru, super.com, airbnb, or others.

Booking directly with us – Payment & Deposits & Cancellation policy

  • A 25% deposit is required at time of booking
  • Accepted Payments Online: Paypal
  • Accepted Payments at Clyde Hall Visa, Debit, MasterCard, Amex,  e-transfer
  • Payment of the balance of the bill is required upon arrival at check-in.
  • There is no refund for early departures or shortened stays.
  • For cancellation of less than 48 hours prior to arrival – No refunds, no credits, (100% of the room rate will be charged)
  • For cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival  –  deposits are non refundable (25% of the room rate)
  • For cancellations 7-30 days prior to arrival, deposits on suites or rooms are non-refundable – However those deposits can be transferred to another date
  • For cancellations more than 30 days, a full refund will be offered.
  • Whole house bookings – cancellations less than 90 days – deposits are non-refundable
  • Whole house bookings – cancellations more than 90 days – deposits are fully refundable
  • Those with golf packages – the golf portion is not refundable but the green fee will be sent to you and available on another date
  • Holiday and Long weekends require a minimum of 2 night stay

Arrivals & Departures

  • We are AODA trained and compliant.  We accept service animals.
  • Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm.
  • If you are arriving after 8pm. Please call to advise arrival time.
  • Check out time for guest and their cars is 11:00 AM.
